Riga Art Week 2026
Riga Art Week is a city-wide contemporary art festival created to strengthen Riga’s position as a cultural destination within the Baltic and Northern European region. Its inaugural seven-day programme included more than 80 events across over 45 locations, involving 40 galleries and art spaces throughout the city.
The programme featured artists from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, the Netherlands, Japan and the United States, while the festival also attracted art professionals and visitors from across the Baltic region and Finland.
Artglass supported Riga Art Week with Artglass AR 70, contributing anti-reflective glazing to the presentation of contemporary artworks. Across galleries, temporary installations and pop-up venues, the glass helped reduce reflections and maintain clear visibility under varied exhibition conditions.
The collaboration reflects the versatility of Artglass within today’s art environment — from museums and established galleries to emerging artists, temporary exhibitions and large-scale cultural events that bring contemporary art into the wider urban landscape.
